I create files for use on many of the personal cutters.

Some of those files types are .ai, .wpc, .knk, .gsd, .scut

The current machines are

Klik-n-Kut aka Klic-N-Kut, Wishblade, Cricut,

Pazzles, & Craft Robo

I am not affiliated with any of the companies that make these machines. I am an independent designer that creates files for use with these machines.

My files are sold exclusively at Paperthreads.

You can view a slideshow of my files HERE.

A little about my files

Files and how I work with them when created.

I create most of my files in Illustrator. This is just a program I have used for so long that I gravitate towards it. I have a working knowledge of all the other programs used as well. Here are some of the basics on the file types I create and what they can do. If you are interested in tutorials regarding some of these files and their programs, please visit my download page.

AI - This is an illustrator file. KNK Studio can open this file type. Inkscape can open Illustrator files that are saved with PDF compatibility.

GSD - This is a file type that works with the Robo Master program.

WPC - This file type works with the WinPC/SignLab programs. I import the AI files into WinPC and then regroup them so they are as easy to use as possible for the end user.

KNK - This file type works with KNK Studio and GE. I have opened the files from Illustrator and changed the line to thinline because they import with thickline attributes. I then go through and regroup the items in order to give the person using the file an easier experience of cutting.

SCUT - I export an AI file to SVG. Then I import them into the Sure Cuts A Lot program.

If you are looking for:

SVG - I do not load these SVG files to the Paperthreads store for download because they are large files and take up Paperthreads store space and my AI files can be opened by Inkscape which I have found the primary requests for them. If you would prefer to use an SVG file for your SCAL program or to work with in Inkscape. Please use the AI file and open them in Inkscape.

FS - If you are in need of the FS file type to work the Create & Cut software, you can open my files by importing the AI files.

For those here to check out SCUT files, I have created a page listing the files I have converted so far into SCUT. Some of them may not be uploaded to the Paperthreads store, but they will be coming. Visit Here.
