Question on uploading to album

Sorry, Chris, to post this on your anniversary forum but I've posted this on another thread and am concerned no one will see it there! I'm trying to post a file to my album but when I open it, it is so large that you have to scroll to the right and down to see the entire picture. How can I save it to upload as a smaller size that will fit on one screen? I've changed the file size and quality to low but that hasn't helped. Here's a link to my album (http://www.visualdesignsbychris.com/forum/album.php?u=1191) to show you what I mean. All the files appear large on the screen, the first 2 especially.

Hey Margaret.
I am working through the resizing issues apparently it is an issue with vbulletin.
So I personally resize all my photos with this program called Resize the link to it is in this thread.

It is a quick easy standalone program that you can open it up and choose your width pixels. I personally would go with 400 wide and then it proportionally changes the other width and then when you hit run it saves it to the same folder name but called resized.

Also any pictures for viewing online can be at 72 dpi. Your screen doesn't show more then that.
