My friend Raquel came over before Christmas and we made this book for her niece. We made it so that her niece could put in the pictures like we did for my niece. It was fun to work together with Raquel on it. made me think I need to setup an every other month create it craft it event with my friends who like to craft. Would be fun. Here is her book... Raquel picked out all the items and came over and I just add the stamps I had and my chitter chatter while we worked on it. I think it came out awesome and just another reason why I like these clear acrylic albums.

I had a post on my blog about what ink I use for the stamps on a clear album.

I used Staz-on ink and I used the staz-on cleaner to get it off the stamp.

Enjoy!

My friend went home and ordered a few more albums for her other nieces. My friend bought some albums from HSN. I didn't think to look there, but when she bought them they were the better deal.

Anyone get them from anwhere else? I'd like to try a circle one.

And Melody if you are going to scraplift this is how I did it... I put photocorners on the backs of every page accept the last one with paper in it to be a placemarker for the photos. Clear photocorners. Then I added the stamps to the front and back so I could overlap the pics some. Then we bought clear stickers the ones that are clear on the edges (not sure how to explain) and then used those on the front of each page because the pics were on the back.

I have seen them where they put the photo in the same spot on each page all the way throughout. so they line up on top of eachother. To much organization for me. The binder rings we got with this were to huge so we replaced them with smaller ones.

My niece took her book and attached these little pictures from her pogo printer all over the fronts of the "placemarkers" I put in and then wrote on the back of them. Kind of a collage of pictures. I will have to get her to take a picture of her finished ones.

As you can tell... I really like doing them. Fun Fun!

okay I better run. If you do one Melody. I want to see how it comes out!

Enjoy!
Chris

Beautiful album! I LOVE clear albums! They are so much fun to do! Another idea (for the scrapbookers out there), is to insert a clear page in your album! Then you can design "around" it with the page in front and behind it!

Gorgeous Chris. I have wanted to do a clear album but haven't attempted it yet.

Here are some pics of an acrylic album I made to give to Ace when I went to NYC the first time to see him in Grease. I used his professional pictures in it. Also I had planned to stamp in it but I was running out of time so I used rub-ons. It was fast and easy! The pictures aren't that great because I actually took them riding the train on the way from Long Island to the city :)

It's now 20 min later...still no pictures upload :(

Ok well I'm picture loading challenged... here is a link to my blog that day... scroll to the bottom and you can see the pics. I didn't want to make it too fancy because it was for a guy. The album is from CTMH.

Very nice. That's something I have to say that I haven't tried yet.
