I finished my project last night, just have to photograph it and enter it. It was sunny and windy yesterday, now cloudy and very windy--my son just remarked that a huge box just went blowing down the street! I haven't seen any tumble weeds yet, but they can be huge--I got one caught under my car a few weeks ago and drove it home with me! That's what desert living gets for you! Bring on the flowers!

all the projects have been great. I am lucky right now to find the words that i have. I am also trying to just keep busy at the moment and right now sitting and creating is not the thing i need to do. I have been doing a lot of physical acitivities instead biking and gardening. I hope to get back after tuesday sometime to being more creative.

Ok, here's a card featuring a vase of flowers, this was my anniversary card last year--I've learned to make one card each year that is "special" and make a bunch to send to family/friends all year. This is another one using the famous clear harigel/ziplock baggie technique.

A typo? ;) I think she means a layer of hair gel in a baggie/ plastic bag technique, to mimic water. You let the bag of gel show through the opening, so it looks like it's water in the vase or the ocean or whatever. Sometimes it gets tinted blue to show up more. Her card is beautiful.

I really wanted to do this challenge earlier tonight, but I just got to it. I made a flower card using Chris' new file, CD00698 Medallion Flower, which was a freebie in the May VDBC Newsletter. It cut very fast and easily. I used the debossed (wrong) side of my Cuttlebug embossing. I may add a sentiment in the open space once I know who or what occasion it's for.

And, no, I am nowhere close to calling bingo. It will NOT be me! I need 4 of the 6 remaining words.

I wonder if this will be over before the May Bingo starts?!

Pam, that's beautiful! You're doing great, so please post that 2nd page. I have a number of weddings from years past that I need to scrap, and maybe I can lift some of your ideas.

I don't own any eyelets- unless I have some old ones in my sewing supplies from when my kids wore diapers and had to have snaps on their pants! I guess I need to stock up, since Elizabeth is helping Ginger run the next Bingo. I did cut some more parts of the file from plastic sheets to use as stencils with my inkpads, but you beat me to using them for this challenge.

Oh my gosh! I am so THRILLED! I had no idea the winner received so many amazing files! I feel like it's Christmas morning. These files are fantastic. I guess I expected just a couple of cute cutting files, but all I can say is WOW!!!! And THANK YOU! So many wonderful ladies, adorable files, and such a fun welcoming site especially to a newbie. Thank you so very very much to everyone who shared files, hosted, and participated as a whole. This was really a fun experience as I NEVER win anything (well actually I won blog candy once, but never received it) so to say that I am so appreciative and thankful is an understatement.
