Okay, I found the time, lol. Just couldn't wait to use this great sketch :)

I also used the Love and Strength Card Fronts (CD00439) file by Chris. The ‘Love’ character is mounted on pop dots, the word love was cut with vinyl.

Pretty card Esther!! Ok, here's mine using the free swirly leaf from Sam & Hailey Designs and a Stampin' Up sentiment. Thanks girls. I used textured cardstock and didn't notice until I took a pic that the texture needs to line up too, duh! might fix it later. So somebody tell me what the little blue rectange in the file is for, is it to attach the two circles so it's a card or what? Don't laugh! yes, the little rectangle is meant as a hinge to attach the two circles together if you wanted a "normal" card with an inside :)

I do too... and you should be able to use it for square cards as well. It does make me show off my cards more than just pop them away :)

I fixed the texture pattern, then went ahead and cut a the easel in orange, and now it looks much better.

My grandkids (ages 5 & 7) chose the colors and were delighted with the process. They had not see my cutter in action before. Later they used the inks to shade & layer their own pumpkin. Thanks for the inspiration. I think my next project will be a page design with this file. I really like it. The Give Thanks is one of Ileana's designs. The pumpkins were from Christine McFall.

Thanks everyone--I went to a copic retreat and it helped greatly--made me think of coloring in a whole new way!

I really wasn't sure about the retreat, but it was really close to my house and I didn't stay overnight--to cut costs. It was expensive but I learned lots and there were so many "extra" little classes. I met some nice people too!

Great dinosaur card--I like this design of Chris--hmm, have to see if I have it! I also like the design from Illena--great design! This was a great challenge--thanks so much for hosting! I like to do challenges, it helps me get projects done. I try to make all the cards I give to friends/family, having these challenges each month helps me make unique cards, each month there is usually at least a couple of BD's, anniversaries and if I don't have a special "person", I'll make a thinking of you or sympathy type card--one that I can easily put in the correct sentiment. Thanks designers for hosting these events for us crafters!
