I need help downloading

I'm new to Chris's files this quarter and I just don't get how to d/l them. Can someone email me @ coreen39@yahoo.com and give me a step by step on how to do it or tell me where it is posted? UGH! I'm sooooo confused.

Coreen, Are you downloading from the forum or the 4shared for the qmc?

For the forum you click on the zip file underneath the picture of the image. and save to your computer.

In 4shared, you click onthe download arrow on the right.
