Default Nov 12 - 19th JAZZ up the HOLIDAYS Challenge...

Hi all!

Ready to get jazzy with me? Here is this weeks challenge...take any holiday die cut from any of the designers here at VDBC & find a way to jazz it up. If you have freebies from any of the designers, feel free to use if you like. As long as it is holiday related.

You can request my "Jazz it up" tip sheet that has 50 ideas to help you take your die cuts to the next level.

1. If you would like my jazzy tip sheet...email me at DarcysDesigns4u@aol.com & I will send it to you.
2. Turn any holiday type die cut into something jazzy, by embellishing or adding something to it. You can sparkle, shine, shimmer...oh...the possibilities are endless!!
3. Post a photo in this thread by Nov 19th midnight to be entered to win TWO of my single files of your choice (no collections).
4. On the 20th, I will randomly draw a winner from anyone who has posted a picture or pictures of their jazzed up holiday die cuts. Winning files must be chosen by December 3rd.

I can't WAIT to see what you all come up with!! Happy jazzing!

Darcy

Interestingly enough, I just posted a card for the November Sketch challenge. I used Chris's poinsettia file and I cut 3 pieces (1 green and 2 red). I inked the edges. I used pop-dots to "pop" the pieces and I added a yellow gem to the middle.

I just finished making this tag for a tag swap. I used Darcy's Snow Daze file then I sprayed the white layer with Silver Glimmer Mist and glued to navy blue background then I added a snowflake brad on top of the snowflake for the "o" and mounted it on a blue glitter snowflake cardstock from My Mind's Eye.
