The files downloaded from my blog as freebies are for personal use only! This if for your use and not for sharing, or altering and claiming as your own.

Commercial Use TOUs Overview

A simple overview of this policy is that by abiding by the following guidelines you can purchase my files and sell the cut product at any local venues, or online. This license does not give you permission to sell the actual digital file or product purchased from Paperthreads, but a finished piece cut from my files. Nor does this license give you ownership of the file, but permission to use them as stated. This license does not apply to freebie files downloaded on my blog. One of the limitations are that you must post Visual Designs by Chris & www.visualdesignservices.com on the packaging or finished product. Please read the entire Terms of Use for all guidelines and limitations. This policy affects all designs created only by Chris Durnan. You can purchase one License and sell the finished product from any file with the quantity limitation at 100 cuts per product number at Paperthreads. Going over this amount requires an additional policy purchase and this policy is only valid for one year. As the seller of the finished piece, you must register your name, address and phone, as well as, intended venues for sale with Chris Durnan. A license number will be issued to you, upon receipt of information and verification of payment for license through Paperthreads. I will contact you periodically throughout the year to get feedback. I also will contact you at the end of a year and see if you would like to renew your commercial policy. Those who offer my designs for sale in cut form can send me a link to their webpage, online store or information and I would be happy to post it on my main site www.visualdesignservices.com.
