Disclaimer: strips are straighter than they appear.  LOL  I used just the border of Visual Designs by Chris #CD00646 MY LOVE FOR YOU.  I like using bits of a file for things they weren’t really created for.  This strip looked like bubbles to me.  Created larger bubbles with circle and tear drop punches.  Inked the bubbles a little with Close to My Heart ink.  Just cut strips of yellow to add as separation.
