New layout created using files from QMC

This layout uses a few files from the last QMC that Chris magically creates every quarter. Chris designs the most amazing files but I really like her “Sparkle” files. This layout uses CD00786 – Holiday Sparkles and CD00790 – I Believe .
 
Styles and textures have been added to the cutter files to add dimension and interest.
